Through the contact forms on this site we collect the following data:

• Full name – to address and identify you
• Email address – to reply to your enquiry
• Phone number (optional) – to contact you by phone if you provide it
• Type of business and your message – to understand your enquiry

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to establish a business relationship. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Processing of data collected through the contact forms is based on your consent (Art. 12(1)(1) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act – ZZPL) and on steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 12(1)(3) ZZPL).

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to office@zlatnibroj.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. For technical purposes, however, we use the following services:

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – as a processor that receives the contact form data and forwards it to us by email. By submitting the form you consent to the transfer of data to the USA. Formspree operates under standard contractual clauses (SCC) for transfers outside the EEA.

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) – for site traffic analytics (anonymised traffic data). Activated only with your consent through the cookie banner.

• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) – to measure advertising performance. Activated only with your consent through the cookie banner.

This site uses cookies for traffic analytics and advertising measurement. Cookies are set only with your consent, which you can give or refuse through the banner shown on your first visit.

We keep contact form data for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, except where a business relationship is established, in which case we keep it for as long as necessary to perform the contractual obligation and to satisfy statutory periods (accounting and tax documentation – a minimum of 10 years, in accordance with the Serbian Accounting Act).

• Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure – request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing – in the cases prescribed by law
• Portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object – to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent – at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
